What age are cats teething

The process of an animal's teeth developing is called 'weaning'. At about six months old, kittens give their first tooth, which is usually a canine. Then, at eight months, kittens produce a second tooth, and at twelve months, they might have a third. Between twelve and sixteen months, a cat usually has all of its teeth. The last teeth are generally the first adult fangs.

What do cats eat?

Cats need to eat about a third of the amount of food their size would indicate. The type of food they eat is very important, and it's better to give it to them in a special cat food rather than a regular dog food. A cat needs to eat small amounts of food every few hours to be healthy.

What do cats drink?

Since cats often have a natural distrust of water, it's important that they have access to a bowl of fresh water at all times. The water should be changed frequently to help prevent illness.

How should I clean out my cat's litter box?

Cats are very clean animals, and they do not like to use the same litter box that you do. You should clean out the litter box at least once a week, or as often as your cat needs to use it. Clean it with a damp cloth and a mild detergent.
