What animal killed my cat
"I heard a cat scream," said Neecy, who is a nurse. "I looked up and I saw this blue cat fall out of a tree. It had blood all over its face."
"I knew it was a coyote," said Tyson, who is a paramedic. "But it looked like a wolf."
"I was walking to the door and I heard a cat scream," Neecy said. "I looked up and I saw this blue cat fall out of a tree. It had blood all over its face."

It was a small cat, no more than 5 pounds. It was a female and Neecy is absolutely certain it was a female because, as she said, "it had kittens."
On Tuesday morning at about 6:30, Tyson heard the sound of a cat screaming. He ran outside to find a blue cat hanging from a tree in the backyard.
The animal was dead.
"I was out in my back yard and I heard a cat scream," Neecy said. "I looked up and I saw this blue cat fall out of a tree. It had blood all over its face."
Neecy said she and her son Tyson, who is a paramedic, ran to the animal and tried to revive it. "We ran over to it and we tried to save it," she said.
The family called for help and the animal was taken to the Animal Hospital at the University of Florida.
"It was hanging by its neck," Neecy said. "It looked like its neck was broken.
