The most common diseases that people get from animals are rabies, tularemia, leptospirosis, salmonellosis and tick-borne encephalitis. The most common diseases that people get from other people are tuberculosis, syphilis and hepatitis.

What are the costs for spaying and neutering?

Feral cats and other animals are not eligible for our program. Only cats and dogs that are from the local area and that are not older than 6 months are eligible.

The cost for spay/neuter surgery is $35.00.

The cost is $5.00 for vaccination.

The cost is $10.00 for ear-tipping.

The cost is $10.00 for Rabies vaccination.

The cost is $5.00 for a microchip.

The cost is $5.00 for a 20-day rabies vaccination.

The cost is $20.00 for a year-long rabies vaccination.
