What should i do if my cat licks flea treatment

I have a cat that is always licking herself, it has to be flea treatment, I have tried everything I can think of, I have even tried using flea shampoo and she still does it. What can I do?


I have a rat problem. The rats run up and down our house and have ruined a lot of my stuff. I have tried rat poison and things like that, but they just come back. It is like they know it was there and they just keep coming back until they are dead. What can I do to get rid of the rats.
