What happened to dusty the cat

“He got run over.”

Have you ever had an experience like this and then it’s been so long that you forget all about it and you’re talking to someone and they ask you what happened to something and you’re like, “Oh, I forgot that you asked me this earlier,” and they’re like, “No, what happened to dusty the cat?” and you’re like, “I think he got run over,” and then you’re like, “Oh yeah, I remember.”

I don’t know, it’s weird. It’s just like, okay, you have a memory of something but it’s not the same thing. You have a memory of one thing and then you have a memory of another thing that is the same thing but you don’t remember it at all. I think it’s just a weird thing. I’ve learned to just kind of let it go. I don’t really think about it anymore.

Also, I’ve never had a memory, like, of something bad. Like, I have a memory of choking, but it was so long ago and I’m like, “Oh my god, I remember choking,” and I’m just like, “I’m just glad that it was so long ago.”

I think there’s something about memory which is a weird thing. I’m sure there’s something about memory that’s just so weird.

Last question. You have a book now. Can you talk a little bit about what it’s like to have a book and to have a book come out?

There’s a really amazing and really great thing about having a book come out. It’s really cool to see people who are so excited to read your book. It’s really cool to see people who are excited to read your book. I think it’s really cool.
